Patient experienced LAST post steroid injection at transforaminal site. Experienced increase in blood pressure, tremors, tinnitus, metallic taste, and shortness of breath. Treated with Lipid Emulsion and IVF, no cardiac involvement, limited CNS effects. Recovered within 30 minutes and was monitored on unit for several hours until met discharge criteria.
